A: YES, THE CABANA IS UNDER AIR. SOMETIMES HAS A SEPARATE SYSTEM BUT CAN BE RAN FROM THE MAIN HOUSE SYSTEM. THIS WOULD BE DONE BY RUNNING THE DUCT WORK THRU THE ENTRY ROOF. THANKS

Kitchen could have a Island that would end up be 3' x 3' with 3' around it.
A: Thank You for your inquiary! No the Lanai is open but roofed. The access tothe Cabana is also open but roofed, meaning it has a roof over the Lanai area. Yes the whole Lanai could be enclosed if so desired. I would probably redesign a few area if I were to concider doing that. Like the Family room doors will probably not be needed. As for the bonus area I do not no! The plan does not have a bonus area on it. Thanks
