A: That particular plan can be built anywhere, some of our plans do however have restrictions because the original local builder or developer may be building this as a spec or model and we avoid that conflict. Also if the original design was done for a home owner we would not allow the same house to be built in the same area to protect the owner’s interest. Thank you.
